Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Bristol, £60,000+ (DOE), Full-time or Part-time opportunity - Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with one of the country's leading specialist teams? REF:4602.
THE ROLE:
• We are seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded Bristol-based team.
• This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding cases that make a genuine difference to clients' lives while developing your career within a collaborative and supportive environment.
• You'll be joining a team of experienced specialists who are passionate about achieving the very best outcomes for clients and committed to supporting one another's professional development.
• This role offers the chance to work on a varied caseload of high-value and complex clinical negligence claims, representing clients who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of negligent medical treatment.
• Alongside managing your own files, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and success of the department by mentoring junior colleagues, strengthening client relationships and playing an active role in business development and profile-raising initiatives.
• You'll be supported by an experienced team, excellent administrative resources and a firm that genuinely values collaboration, innovation and career progression.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in clinical negligence litigation.
• A strong track record of managing complex and high-value claims.
• Excellent technical knowledge and sound litigation skills.
• The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, experts and professional contacts.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A compassionate and client-focused approach, with the ability to support clients through sensitive and often challenging circumstances.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous, although not essential.
• A proactive approach to business development and contributing to the wider success of the team.
