You are an experienced and confident Pensions Trustee, already doing a similar role, ready to join a growing and reputable award winning business in the pension trustee sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for pension governance, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the industry. As Trustee Director, you will manage a portfolio of pension schemes, delivering high quality governance and strategic oversight while working with a talented team of trustees and governance professionals.

• Take full ownership of your portfolio of pension schemes - oversee day to day operations and ensure smooth, effective running.
• Participate in complex governance work: manage corporate sole trustee appointments, chair or co chair sub committees, and contribute to projects such as funding negotiations, liability management exercises, and corporate restructurings.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives and transactional projects, including buy ins and insurance solutions, ensuring schemes are managed in line with best practices.
• Drive business development by leveraging your network to attract new client opportunities, nurturing ongoing client relationships, and contributing to marketing and thought leadership.
• Support client agreements, invoicing processes, RFP responses, and represent the business at external events.
• Play a key role in shaping the culture and growth of the trustee team by sharing expertise, supporting training and development, and helping to drive overall business success.

• Relevant professional qualifications such as APMI, actuarial, or legal credentials.
• Significant experience in pension trustee services, ideally at a senior level, and a strong understanding of the UK pensions market.
• Proven ability to lead at Board level, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - coupled with a collaborative and confident approach.
