PE-Backed CFO: Growth Finance Leader & Board Partner

Trinity House Group, a private equity backed business in the Midlands, is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and drive the next growth phase. You'll report to the CEO, sit on the Board and act as the principal finance contact for shareholders and lenders.

You'll oversee debt management, refinancing and cash optimisation, own shareholder and board reporting, and bring commercial rigour to contracts and cost control.
