PCV Coach Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and skilled experienced coach Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the safety and comfort of all passengers.

Continental touring experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities

Operate the coach in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any delays.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, loading of any luggage ensuring their safety at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the coach throughout the day.
Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Keep accurate passenger counts as required.
EU / continental experience preferred
£13.15 per hour from Sept 1st 2025 increased after one years service

Skills

Proven experience as a coach/pcv driver or in a similar driving role is advantageous.
Excellent driving skills with a valid pcv driving licence, cpc and Digital tachograph.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and team members.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
