We're a regenerative farm seeking a committed and capable Gardener / Farm Helper - someone who truly enjoys working with plants, animals and the natural world.

Your role will include land management and planting, design and maintenance of fences, assisting with the daily care of animals, and operating tractors or farm machinery - all in harmony with the soil and the rhythm of seasons.

This is a full-time, year-round position, offering varied outdoor work and the opportunity to contribute to a sustainable, purpose-driven environment.

We're looking for someone responsible, loyal and genuinely committed, able to think, plan and work independently, and who takes pride in doing things well
