We encourage each other, challenge ourselves, and move forward together in a climate of trust.Join our team as: Payroll ManagerYour missions:- Data entry and control of payroll variables (sales commissions, anniversaries, bonuses, LPP, overtime, and on-call work).- The role includes managing entries, exits, and in the X system.- Calculation and control of provisions (bonuses, vacations, monthly withholding tax for several cantons).- Management of wage garnishments and follow-ups on payroll closures and annual closings.- Interface with social security, authorities, and internal partners.- Management of special cases and responses to inquiries.Profile:- Experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in payroll management in Switzerland, ideally in a multi-canton environment or in human resources, social security, or accounting (Federal certificate is a plus).- Good knowledge of social security.- Mastery of Excel and payroll/SIRH tools (Nova).- Rigorous, detail-oriented, with strict adherence to deadlines.- Autonomy and ability to manage demanding monthly deadlines.- Excellent command of French; English or German would be an asset.What we offer:- A dynamic and stimulating environment where well-being is encouraged.- Competitive salary conditions with annual bonuses.- Flexible working hours and the possibility of telecommuting.- Solid social benefits and modular, advantageous insurance.- Mobile subscription valid throughout the country and exclusive discounts on our products.Eager to join a motivating environment?
