• Pastoral and behaviour support for secondary aged pupils
• Helping pupils manage routines, expectations and relationships
• Working with teachers, pastoral leads and safeguarding staff
• Supporting pupils before issues become bigger problems

• Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, behaviour support or pastoral care
• Calm and professional communication
• Confidence working with pupils who may push boundaries
• Someone reliable, mature and consistent
