Pastoral Support Assistant - Kensington and Chelsea - Long Term 
Kensington and Chelsea, United Kingdom
Pay: £95 - £115 per day
What the role involves:- Pastoral and behaviour support for secondary aged pupils
- Helping pupils manage routines, expectations and relationships
- Working with teachers, pastoral leads and safeguarding staff
- Supporting pupils before issues become bigger problems
- Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, behaviour support or pastoral care
- Calm and professional communication
- Confidence working with pupils who may push boundaries
- Someone reliable, mature and consistent
