Parts Supervisor

LSH Auto is excited to announce an opening for a Parts Supervisor at our dealership in Solihull.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the parts department, ensuring that operations run smoothly while providing top-notch service to both the workshop and customers.

Hours - 45

Salary - £35,000 plus OTE bonus

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring the parts team to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy
• Managing inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and maximise efficiency
• Coordinating the procurement of automotive parts and processing orders promptly
• Monitoring sales trends and forecasting inventory needs
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating pricing and terms
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and policies

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience as a Parts Supervisor or similar role within the automotive sector
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Thorough understanding of inventory management and parts operations
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with dealership management software
• A valid driver's licence
