Who are we looking for as a Parts Manager:

• You will have previous experience as a Parts Manager or similar role working within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
• Previous experience of working with DAF / TRP truck and trailer parts would be a big advantage but not essential.
• A proven track record of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• PC Literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Parts Manager role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):

As a Parts Manager you will be an integral member of the aftersales team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the newly refurbished Parts Department, providing a professional parts service to internal and external customers. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Manager the parts team (12 staff). Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.

Working:

Monday to Friday.
