Job Description

Partnerships Manager - iGaming

Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)

Salary: up to £40,000

A fast-growing business at the intersection of iGaming, subscription models and lifestyle rewards is looking for a confident, commercially-minded Partnerships Manager to own and grow relationships with its key partners.


What you'll be doing:

  • Building strong, lasting relationships with iGaming partners
  • Owning day-to-day delivery across contracts, campaigns, and new initiatives
  • Supporting onboarding, negotiating terms, and reviewing performance against KPIs
  • Spotting opportunities to expand accounts and improve retention
  • Collaborating with internal teams across Marketing, Data, and Production
  • Using your industry knowledge to inform partnership strategy and optimise results


What they're looking for:

  • 3+ years in client services, partnerships, or account management
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming space-affiliate marketing, betting, or gaming
  • Confident communicator with commercial acumen
  • Highly organised, proactive, and data-literate
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Suite
