Partner Field Marketing Manager - UK & Ireland (UKI)

Location: Feltham
Mode: Can work remotely but occasional partner visit is required
Contract: 10 Months Contract with potential extension
Payrate: £37 Per Hour PAYE | £42 Per hour RUPAYE

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for partner ecosystems? We're hiring a Partner Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute channel-focused marketing initiatives across the UK & Ireland. This is a high-impact role Embedded in a dynamic sales and partner environment, where your work will directly influence pipeline growth and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own joint marketing strategies with key regional partners to drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and achieve revenue goals
  • Collaborate closely with partner sales leaders and extended teams to align marketing efforts with territory priorities
  • Evaluate partner marketing capabilities and deploy targeted plans using MDF/contra funds to maximise ROI
  • Leverage data and insights to forecast, measure, and optimise marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings contribution
  • Act as a trusted marketing advisor to your assigned partners, guiding them on customer targeting, campaign tactics, content, and event opportunities
  • Align with field and segment marketing teams to ensure unified execution across all routes to market
  • Ensure timely submission of performance data and proof of execution from partners

What We're Looking For

  • 5-6 years of experience in partner, channel, or field marketing roles, ideally in the tech or B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how to drive marketing through indirect routes
  • Commercially savvy with a business-first mindset and ability to link marketing impact to revenue goals
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement across sales, marketing, and external partners
  • Confident in managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills
