Part-time Studio / Project Manager (2-3 days/week)

Twntytwo is a boutique creative studio based between Amsterdam and London, led by Creative Director Maxime. We create refined, editorial websites and visual identities for fashion, design, and lifestyle clients - often combining strong storytelling with elegant digital experiences. With a growing international portfolio, we're entering an exciting new phase: from an agency to a collaborative studio setup.

The Role

We're looking for a part-time Studio / Project Manager who brings structure, flow, and calm to our creative process. You'll be the bridge between Maxime, our clients, and a trusted network of freelancers (designers, developers, copywriters).

You'll help:

• Plan and manage project timelines and milestones
• Coordinate internal and external communication (Slack, Notion, Email)
• Schedule meetings, check-ins, and delivery moments
• Write clear recaps, to-do's, and team instructions
• Keep track of hours, budget checkpoints, and deadlines
• Prepare and follow up on proposals & invoices (with Maxime)
• Support with light studio operations (Dropbox, Notion templates, etc.)

Who You Are

• Based in or near Amsterdam, and available for occasional in-person work
• 2-3 days per week, with flexible hours (freelance or project-based structure)
• Strong communicator in English (Dutch a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-starting
• Experienced in digital projects (agency/studio/freelance)
• Familiar with tools like Notion, Slack, Figma Google Drive
• Sensitive to visual quality and creative processes
• Someone who loves working behind the scenes to make good work happen
