Job Description

Worcester Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join our on-site Aftersales Team. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty coverage and upsell parts while coordinating with the team to schedule customer appointments.

You will report to the Aftersales Manager and benefit from ongoing brand development training, with opportunities for progression in a fast-paced dealership environment.
