Job Overview

Part time Nanny mothers help role near Romsey, SO51. This family is looking for a Nanny mother's help to assist both around the home and with their baby girl who will be approximately 6 months at the start of the role. Ideally 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am to 4pm, with some flexibility for the right candidate. The role also offers optional travel to fun events within the UK and overseas to support mum while working.

Responsibilities

• Prepare healthy meals and snacks.
• Create age appropriate activities to help the little one reach developmental milestones.
• Plan nice trips out for walks, local parks, etc.
• Perform usual nursery duties such as watching over the baby, ensuring safety.
• Help with laundry, making beds, general tidying and light cleaning (though the family will have a cleaner).

Requirements

• Minimum two years professional childcare experience.
• Excellent baby experience and knowledge of best practice guidelines for weaning, sterilising, safe sleeping, etc.
• Paediatric first aid certificate.
• Up to date enhanced DBS certificate.
• Minimum of 2 professional referees, one of whom must be current or last employer.
• Own car and valid driving licence (driver required).

Job Details

• Location: Awbridge, Hampshire, SO51.
• Hours: 8 hours a day, 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri, 8am 4pm).
• Pay: Up to £20 gross per hour (up to £24,960 gross per annum).
• Start date: October (but may wait for the right candidate).
• Pets in the home: One dog.
• Job type: Permanent.
