Capita is looking for a part-time Learning & Development Advisor/Co-ordinator to provide support and development advice to Service Personnel at RM Chivenor, Barnstaple. The position requires flexibility and the ability to promote learning opportunities effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have solid administration experience. A salary of up to £26,000 pro rata is offered along with additional flexible benefits.
