Overview

Looking for trustworthy and reliable help in a busy, licensed dog breeding environment. This is a hands on role, so you must be comfortable around multiple dogs and happy to muck in where needed.

Household duties

• Washing and ironing
• General household cleaning and tidying
• Keeping the home organised and running smoothly

Dog related duties

• Cleaning and maintaining dog areas
• Feeding and general care of dogs
• Helping with puppies (cleaning, socialising, basic care)
• Basic grooming of dogs (bathing, brushing, etc. - training can be provided)

Additional tasks

• Light paperwork during quieter periods (full training provided)

What we're looking for

• Someone genuinely reliable - turns up and sticks to agreed hours
• Trustworthy and respectful in a home environment
• Comfortable working around a lot of dogs
• Not afraid of mess or hard work (physical, fast paced role)
• Able to work efficiently and keep up with the pace
• Happy to help with both dog care and household tasks
• Calm, patient, and good with animals
• Someone who takes pride in their work and can work on own initiative

Relevant dog care qualifications are a bonus but not essential - full training will be provided.

Pay

£12.71 per hour

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. Flexibility on number of days worked. Extra hours will be required during school holidays.

• Reference may be requested
• DBS/PVG check (or willingness to obtain one) preferred
• Driving licence required due to location
