Paid Media Campaign Strategist
Contract: 12 months
Location: Hybrid - London-based with flexibility

We're working with a global leader known for its extensive portfolio of consumer brands and categories. They're looking for an experienced Paid Social professional to join their branded content and advertising operations team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be instrumental in managing campaign delivery, optimising performance, and acting as the go-to expert for all things social media advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, set-up, optimisation and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across key social platforms.
  • Provide regular analysis and campaign reporting, identifying insights that support internal teams and feed into commercial strategies.
  • Leverage audience data, past performance, and market trends to inform campaign decisions and provide client-facing recommendations.
  • Produce clear, actionable campaign wrap-ups, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement or scale.
  • Confidently troubleshoot campaign or account issues, offering solutions in a calm and constructive manner.
  • Support with strategy development and media planning to achieve campaign benchmarks and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with changes in social media platforms and update internal processes accordingly.
  • Collaborate on global campaign initiatives and support regional teams with localised rollouts and strategy alignment.
About You:
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Highly organised, with a sharp eye for detail and excellent time management skills.
  • A solid understanding of media metrics, branded content, ad tech, and E-commerce content.
  • A clear and confident communicator who's comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Skilled in using self-serve ad platforms and familiar with auction-based digital advertising models.
