About the Opportunity
As PA to the Group Managing Director, you'll ensure smooth executive operations in a fast-paced, hands-on role. Managing complex schedules, sensitive communications, and high-level events, you'll provide the structure and calm that will allow the GMD to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the GMD's calendar, meetings, and priorities with foresight and flexibility
- Act as a professional first point of contact, handling confidential matters with care
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Organise board meetings and executive events with precision and discretion
- Support key projects, track actions, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate detailed travel plans and manage expenses
- Maintain order across files, systems, and daily executive operations
About You
You're an experienced, highly organised PA with a proven track record supporting senior executives. Ideally, you have experience within high-end hospitality or a genuine interest and transferable skills to transition into this sector. You bring a strong background in delivering high-quality customer service, combined with confidence, proactivity, and discretion. Your excellent communication skills and calm, solutions-focused approach help you manage multiple priorities with ease. You thrive in a busy, high-expectation environment and take pride in providing reliable, top-tier support.
