Outsourcing Analyst/manager

A leading financial services firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the governance, monitoring, and reporting of its European outsourcing framework. This role is critical in ensuring that oversight activities meet both regulatory requirements and internal global standards.

• Maintain and monitor the accuracy of the outsourcing inventory across legal entities.
• Support the execution and maintenance of outsourcing agreements, contracts, SLAs, and annual risk assessments in accordance with internal outsourcing policies.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly outsourcing metrics and reporting packs.
• Collaborate with outsourcing relationship owners to ensure compliance with obligations, providing challenge and escalation where necessary.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of the outsourcing framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations (eg, Central Bank of Ireland).
• Assist in the execution of due diligence processes for outsourced service providers, including documentation and reporting to governance forums.
• Support the management and resolution of service issues or incidents, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills with a structured and organized approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
