We are looking for a Transport Team Leader (nights) to join our team in Amesbury. This role involves working on a rolling 4 on 4 off shift pattern, from 18:00 to 06:00. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Support Manager.

Responsibilities include:

1. Planning, dispatching, and debriefing drivers
2. Managing driver infringements and hours
3. Assisting drivers with diversions
4. Recording and managing vehicle defects
5. Conducting accident investigations and formal note-taking

Salary: £33,476 plus My Rewards discount and 20 days holiday.

Qualifications: Transport experience with strong leadership and communication skills. IT literacy (Excel, Word), and experience with transport management software such as TruTac, Mandata, Microlise, or Samsara.
