We are looking for a Transport Team Leader (nights) to join our team in Amesbury. This role involves working on a rolling 4 on 4 off shift pattern, from 18:00 to 06:00. The successful candidate will report to the Operations Support Manager.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, dispatching, and debriefing drivers
- Managing driver infringements and hours
- Assisting drivers with diversions
- Recording and managing vehicle defects
- Conducting accident investigations and formal note-taking
Salary: £33,476 plus My Rewards discount and 20 days holiday.
Qualifications: Transport experience with strong leadership and communication skills. IT literacy (Excel, Word), and experience with transport management software such as TruTac, Mandata, Microlise, or Samsara.
