About the Role

As our Organisational Capability Coordinator, you'll be a key member of the OC team

  • connecting colleagues with the right learning, supporting apprentices to succeed, promoting wellbeing, and helping drive forward our EDI priorities.

You'll act as a friendly and professional first point of contact for queries, co ordinate learning activity, maintain training systems, and help deliver initiatives that strengthen capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily administration of our training systems, inbox and schedules.

Co ordinate training events, prepare materials and liaise with internal and external providers.

Support apprentices throughout their journey, working with managers and training partners.

Help deliver wellbeing, EDI and organisational development activity.

Maintain accurate records, produce reports and ensure compliance with GDPR and mandatory training.

Support internal communications by updating intranet pages and promoting opportunities.

What You'll Bring

Experience in a People/HR, OD or L&D related role, with confidence handling sensitive and confidential information.

Strong systems capability, including using HR or learning systems, maintaining accurate records and producing clear, reliable reports.

Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly for colleagues and providers.

Great communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond professionally to a wide range of enquiries.

A proactive, solutions focused approach, using initiative, spotting what needs doing and escalating appropriately when needed.

A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and learning, reflecting Plus Dane's values in everything you do.

Desirable: CIPD Level 3 and experience providing first line advice on non complex OD/L&D matters.

What you'll get in return

This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week.

Your main base will be Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock in Liverpool, with regular travel to our Merseyside and Cheshire offices as needed.

Training is delivered onsite at one of our offices, so flexibility to travel is essential.

You'll be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays.

This includes a 3-day Christmas closedown between Christmas and New Year and you have the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually.

You'll also benefit from a company pension scheme where we contribute 10% (from April), and colleagues can contribute anything from 3% upwards.
