World Wide Technology, EMEA. has an very exciting opportunity available for an Supervisor, Order Management to join our friendly European Integration Centre team based in Oude Meer, Netherlands.


A Supervisor of Order Management leads a team that is accountable for the successful execution and fulfillment of program specific orders. Reporting to a leader within Order Management, an individual in this role is responsible for overseeing the results produced by his/her team, providing training and direction to employees, monitoring work quality and coaching on performance. This individual also applies a continuous improvement mindset, makes recommendations on process and/or system enhancements and propagates a continuous improvement culture across the team.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this job consist of leading a team of Order Management resources that works to support WWT's end-to-end Order Management Supply Chain function, including but not limited to the following:

  • Training, coaching, and contributing to the development of the team on standard policies, procedures and best practices while promoting professional growth
  • Knowing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the team and working cross-functionally to resolve issues that impact performance
  • Monitoring staff performance and identifying opportunities for individual and team improvement
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex order related issues
  • Owning execution and cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain
  • Creating operational and customer-driven reporting and insights utilizing business intelligence tools to drive action
  • Engaging in direct customer interaction to provide updates
  • Ensuring that new customers and programs are onboarded properly to ensure customer delight
  • Resolving complex issues across multiple internal functional areas and direct interaction with customers on program specific details.
  • Promoting the World Wide Technology Integrated Management and Leadership tools and concepts

  • Does not avoid difficult conversations but addresses challenging direct reports in a timely manner through effective coaching
