TechOps IT Expert / Infrastructure Project Manager

CITRIX WINDOWS INFRASTRUCTURE PM BANKING AGILE

On behalf of our client in the banking sector, we are looking for a TechOps IT Expert / Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong technical background in IT infrastructure and hands-on experience in Windows, Citrix, and software packaging. This role combines technical coordination, project management, and operational support within a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Tasks:

• Lead and coordinate IT infrastructure projects from initiation to delivery within the TechOps domain.
• Work closely with technical teams (Windows, Citrix, packaging) to allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and manage project resources in line with stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans as needed.
• Ensure that projects align with regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial sector.
• Act as a central point of contact between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports for key stakeholders.

Profile:

• Solid experience in managing infrastructure projects and coordination, ideally within the banking or financial sector, with knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and ITIL or Agile principles.
• Strong technical expertise in Windows Server / Linux environments, Citrix technologies, Office 365 administration and Software packaging.
• Preferred experience in PowerShell scripting, Networking fundamentals (no hands-on required)
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP are considered a plus.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory for this role; Dutch is optional.
