OR25374 (JS) - Initial Contact Worker

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Initial Contact Worker to join the newly formed Front Hub team within Bromley's Adult Social Care. This role will support the Initial Contact Team in providing high-quality service and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, providing clear and concise information

• Work within a fast-paced environment to assess and triage referrals

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Care Act 2014

• Utilise LiquidLogic (LAS) to manage cases effectively

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a local authority setting

• Strong telephony and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding role

• Knowledge of the Care Act 2014
