Optical Assistant - Wirral 37.5 Hours - Optical Experience Required

Salary: starting from £25,350
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours over 5 days) Monday to Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

Location: The Wirral (both high street locations)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly, professional manner
• Assisting patients with frame selection and explaining lens options (without sales pressure)
• Performing routine pre-screening tasks such as visual acuity checks and basic tests
• Delivering excellent patient care in a professional and friendly manner
• Being an active, supportive member of a small, close-knit team

About You:

• Experience as an Optical Assistant is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• A proactive, team-focused approach
• Attention to detail and dedication to excellent service
