We're looking for an Operative to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks - South West Water team based in Bournemouth.
Location: Bournemouth - Francis Avenue, George Jessell House
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?As an Operative, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks - South West Water team, supporting them in working on schemes including mains repairs, new connections, and metering. Your day to day will include:
- Undertaking planned or reactive work as directed from water services to large diameter mains
- Ensuring levels of productivity working within timescales and to targets
- Updating all relevant documentation on each job using a tablet
- Being part of a rapid response team that works around the clock to deliver and restore clean water
- Promoting wellbeing and ensuring an inclusive workplace where diversity is actively encouraged
This role of Operative is great for you if:
- You have experience in highway reinstatement or utilities reinstatement
- You hold a Full driving licence
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results
- You enjoy working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to reach innovative solutions
- You are disciplined and thorough in how you work and deliver for clients and customers
