Operations Trainer: Food Safety & Quality Coach

Keelings Ireland seeks an Operations Trainer to build colleagues' capability across production, warehouse and packing. You will deliver induction, onboard staff and coach them to meet SOPs, safety and quality standards.

You will maintain records, support continuous improvement and work with leaders to identify training needs. Based across sites, you'll cover shifts and support a range of departments to ensure standards are met.
