Relief Support Worker - Flexible Shifts, Training & Impact

Sense is looking for Relief Support Workers to join our residential service in Northampton. This casual role offers flexible shifts (early 7:00-14:30 and late 14:00-21:30) and pays £13/hr. The 4-bedroom detached home supports three individuals with deafness, blindness and complex needs.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; experience with challenging behaviour is desirable. We value a positive, caring, patient approach and a willingness to train and develop in the role.
