Operations Systems Specialist

Job Description

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Systems Specialist to join our Operations team. This role is at the heart of our supply chain and is responsible for the development and management of TRIP's operational systems strategy-identifying what systems, software, and processes we need to support us in our next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you'll work closely with our warehouses, factories, and finance team to set up and maintain system integrations, run stock reconciliations, and ensure reporting is accurate and timely. The right candidate will be someone who enjoys problem solving, building processes, and ensuring the operational engine of the business runs smoothly.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Gatekeeper & Owner of Digital Stock Management & Master data
2. Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Ops team and the wider business
3. Ownership of project to find and implement new global ERP system and take our digital operations to the next level
4. Lead the cultural change within the business-illustrating the benefits and changing mindsets to embrace the Data future vision

About You

• 2-3 years' experience in an operations, supply chain, or inventory control role, ideally within food or drink
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, stock control, reconciliations, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data manipulation. Experience with PowerBI or similar would be an advantage
• Comfortable in a small company setting-hands-on, flexible, collaborative, and capable of working independently
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
• A self-starter who enjoys improving processes and driving efficiency
