They're now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their operations team and lead the delivery of modern, cloud-based customer experience solutions.

The Role

In this position, you'll oversee the planning and execution of key integration projects, working directly with end customers in a mix of on-site, remote, and office-based settings.

You'll serve as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met, stakeholders stay aligned, and outcomes exceed expectations. You'll be supported by a skilled team of system engineers and solution architects who bring deep technical expertise to the table.

What You'll Bring
  • A degree in computer science, engineering, or project management

  • 5+ years of experience leading IT or digital transformation projects (, CX, CRM, AI, or digital products)

  • Previous work on contact center or communication platform projects is a big plus

  • Familiarity with cloud and unified communications technologies, or a strong desire to learn

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous

  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with clients and internal teams

  • Confident in running workshops and managing cross-functional collaboration

  • Excellent organizational habits and attention to detail

  • Project management certifications (, PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum) required; ITILv4 is a plus

  • Fluent in German and English; business French is a must
