Job Overview

Operations Manager Location: North East of Ireland.
Syntech Recruitment is working with a well established manufacturing business to appoint an Operations Manager to take full ownership of site performance, team leadership, and operational delivery. This is a key leadership role with real influence over output, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Package

• €60,000 - €75,000 salary (DOE) + benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead production, engineering, purchasing and logistics functions
• Drive performance across output, quality, cost, and on time delivery
• Monitor and improve KPIs including scrap, downtime, and efficiency
• Deliver continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership on strategy and commercial decisions
• Develop and lead a multi functional management team

Experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role (Operations / Production Manager)
• Strong track record of delivering KPIs and performance improvements
• Experience leading cross functional teams
• Commercial awareness and ability to influence at senior level
• Background in lean / continuous improvement environments
