Job Overview 
Operations Manager Location: North East of Ireland.
Syntech Recruitment is working with a well established manufacturing business to appoint an Operations Manager to take full ownership of site performance, team leadership, and operational delivery. This is a key leadership role with real influence over output, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- €60,000 - €75,000 salary (DOE) + benefits

- Monitor and improve KPIs including scrap, downtime, and efficiency

- Partner with senior leadership on strategy and commercial decisions
- Develop and lead a multi functional management team
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role (Operations / Production Manager)
- Strong track record of delivering KPIs and performance improvements
- Experience leading cross functional teams
- Commercial awareness and ability to influence at senior level
- Background in lean / continuous improvement environments
