We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Dalmeny Park House Hotel, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and excellent guest experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service and efficient workflows across all departments.
• Leading, developing, and motivating the hotel management team.
• Managing rotas, staffing levels, and ensuring cost controls are met.
• Monitoring and acting on customer feedback to maintain exceptional service standards.
• Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies across all hotel operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing operations in a hotel or similar quality venue.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and clear approach.
• Motivated and results-driven, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• A strong customer service orientation with the ability to swiftly resolve issues and create memorable guest experiences.
• Experience in managing costs and achieving business objectives in hospitality.
