Operations Manager

£45,000 to £48,000 + Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm + 9% Pension + Discretionary Bonus + Progression + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Site based role commutable Towcester, Northampton, Aylesbury, Buckingham, Bedford, Banbury, Aylesbury and Brackley.

• Manage and support a small engineering team including calibration technicians
• Oversee daily business operations and commercial performance
• Contribute to new product development within temperature metrology

• Engineering background mechanical or electrical

• Commercially aware and comfortable working within a small business environment
• Ambitious and interested in progressing towards senior leadership
