What are we expecting from you?
As the Operations Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all boutique operations. This includes stock management, logistics, and boutique-related administration. In the absence of the Boutique Manager, you will be an integral part of the managerial team.
Operations:
- Supervise stock and back-office activities, ensuring efficient stock management and document control.
- Serve as the key user for SAP and other digital tools, supporting sales, CRM, and back-office functions.
- Ensure retail procedures are followed, managing boutique expenses and maintaining awareness of Maison's policies.
Customer Service:
- Be the point of contact for all Customer Service activities.
- Be responsible for Customer Service activities, including cost estimation and modifications.
- Ensure and develop customer service excellence, handling and resolving client issues.
Team Development:
- Manage back-office staff (Operations Coordinators).
- Define recruitment needs and participate in the recruitment process.
- Animate the team by preparing briefs and sharing information to foster a collaborative environment.
Expertise:
- Possess a basic knowledge of High Jewellery, Jewellery, Watchmaking, and Stones (for quality purposes).
- Provide support for event organisation.
