Hours per week:30hours, 4days out of 7
Location: Sheffield Area, covering any of our shops

Are you looking to use your retail skills in a role that makes a real difference? St Luke's Hospice is seeking a Deputy Manager Support to assist in running our charity shops across Sheffield. You'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our stores, working closely with Shop Managers and volunteers to maximise sales and support our vital care services.

About the Role

As Deputy Manager Support, you'll play a key role in helping our shops succeed. You'll:

  • Step in to manage shops in the absence of the Shop Manager.
  • Support volunteers to provide excellent customer service.
  • Help achieve sales targets by overseeing stock management and shop presentation.
  • Ensure that health and safety, security, and administrative procedures are followed.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

  • Has retail experience (charity retail experience is a bonus).
  • Can motivate and support volunteers in a team environment.
  • Is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
