• Lead and manage the print production process within a quality-driven site.
• Provide clear direction to team leaders and operatives and make important decisions under high pressure situations.
• Set and maintain production targets, ensuring they are met while upholding the company's quality standards.
• Motivate staff to achieve production goals and maintain high performance.
• Communicate business goals and targets effectively to the team.

• Ensure the facility operates safely and in compliance with current policies and procedures.

• First class managerial experience with a proven track record of success in a print or manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical print knowledge and innovative thinking to bring client ideas to life.
• Dynamic approach to continuous improvement in a fast paced production setting.
• Excellent communication skills to lead and inspire a diverse workforce.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing standards in the printing industry and experience implementing performance measures.
• Up to date understanding of safety and compliance policies and procedures for a manufacturing facility.
