Operations Director

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Operations Director to join a global, engineering-led manufacturing business based in the East Midlands leading a key site through growth and transformation.

The role will take full responsibility for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality and HSE, driving performance, continuous improvement and strategic development.

• Proven senior leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments
• Background in relevant sectors(e.g. metals, aerospace, automotive, nuclear or complex engineering/manufacturing)
• Strong track record in operational excellence and transformation
• Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing

Essential:

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Direct, relevant sector manufacturing experience
