Vacancy Description- Assist with the creation of purchase orders and management of contractor and supplier payments to maintain a smooth finance process within Operations.
- Create reports within Zayo's Oracle finance system to capture spend against budgets for all aspects of spend within Operations.
- Schedule and attend regular contractor meetings to assist with providing invoicing and payment updates.
- Work closely with Zayo finance teams to manage 3rd party invoice payments.
- Assist Operations teams in developing and maintaining reports on contractor workloads and deliverables.
- Regular communication with Operations teams in different Zayo regions (i.e. UK, France, Ireland, Netherlands & Germany) to provide support with General Administrative duties.
