We're growing fast, and we're looking for a proactive and driven LDR Intern to join our Sales team in Madrid.

Your Role as LDR Intern

As a Lead Development Representative Intern, your mission is to turn incoming interest into qualified opportunities. You will be the first touchpoint for many of our future clients, playing a key role in driving Muppy's growth.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and qualify leads from various inbound sources (ads, social media, listing platforms, etc.)

• Contact leads quickly via phone, WhatsApp, or email to assess their profile, needs, and intent.

• Nurture unqualified leads until they're ready to move forward to the sales stage.

• Use predefined criteria to evaluate lead quality and fit.

• Keep our CRM updated with every interaction and status change to ensure full pipeline traceability.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams by providing feedback on lead quality and messaging performance.

• Distribute leads to the appropriate sales team member based on geographic area.

• Work toward clear KPIs, including response time, lead qualification rate, and conversion to meetings.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Bachelor's or Master's student (Business, Marketing, Tourism, Law )

• Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus)

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented

• Eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
