Contract Opportunity: Operational Resilience Consultant (PRA Experience Required)

Location: Remote
Contract Length: 6 months
Day Rate: Competitive (Outside IR35)

Gerrard White is currently seeking an Operational Resilience Consultant with in-depth knowledge of PRA regulations and a proven track record of delivering resilience frameworks in financial services.

Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Consultant to join on a contract basis and support critical transformation and compliance programmes aligned to PRA expectations (SS1/21).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of operational resilience frameworks in line with PRA regulatory requirements.
Advise stakeholders on best practices in operational continuity and risk management.
Prepare and deliver clear documentation, MI, and Board-level reporting.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure enterprise-wide resilience integration.

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering operational resilience frameworks in the financial services and/or and sector.
In-depth understanding of PRA regulations, especially SS1/21 and associated guidance.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and provide strategic advice at senior levels.
Prior consulting or contract experience highly desirable.
