Iconic Resourcing are partnering with a Renfrewshire-based operation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner within their People team. This hands-on generalist role offers exposure to a period of transformation and close collaboration with leaders across the organisation.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll own a broad HR remit, tackling employee relations, recruitment support, policy development and data-driven decision making.
