What You'll Do
As our marketing intern, you'll get a front-row seat to real-world campaigns and the chance to make a tangible impact.
- You'll manage and optimize email campaigns across 9 countries.
- Optimize paid campaigns to drive applications and revenue on Jobster.
- Dive into data using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
- You'll support our full-time marketers in areas like Google Ads, automation, and SEO-and even collaborate with Sales and IT.
- Most importantly, you'll be encouraged to bring your own ideas to the table and help turn them into action.
Whether you want to explore copywriting, campaign management, or marketing strategy, you'll get to learn it all. If you're looking for an internship that's more than just making coffee, this is it!

What We Ask
- Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability;
- Throughout your internship, you should still be enrolled at university;
- Don't worry if you're new to online marketing; we'll start with the basics and guide you to success;
- Fluent in English? Fantastic! Both your verbal and written skills will come into play;
- You'll need to be able to reach our office in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands;
- You are interested in international business and online marketing.
