What you will do

As part of our Accounting team, you will have the opportunity to gain a 360 overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will be accountable and have the autonomy to handle your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post accounting journal entries in SAP in accordance with company procedures
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
• Download financial data and create reports and summaries using Excel
• Prepare intercompany service forms and manage the signature process through DocuSign
• Support the preparation and circulation of SOX compliance documentation and ensure signatures are collected on time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Assist the finance team in monthly and quarterly closing activities
• Maintain accurate and organized records of accounting documents

What you need to succeed

• Student in Economics, Finance or similar fields
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.

We offer an initial 6 months paid internship.

800 euro, company computer, meal ticket, smart working.
