On-Site Recruitment Resourcer Fast-Paced Warehouse

The Results People in Rugby is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to support a busy on-site operation. You will handle high-volume recruitment, candidate registrations, onboarding and compliance, and provide day-to-day support to colleagues.

The role offers an immediate start, regular hours Monday-Friday with some early starts or weekend coverage as client needs dictate, and opportunities to grow within the business.
