JOB ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Transport & Logistics, the HGV Driver will be an integral part of the Transport & Logistics team.

Duties and responsibilities:

Driving large goods vehicles, with tipping or walking floor trailer (modern fleet)
Planning of routes and adhering to customer and NWP sites collection/delivery times
Complete customer collections from various facilities in NI & ROI
Carry out general housekeeping of unit and trailer

PERSON SPECIFICATION - Essential Selection Criteria:

Knowledge / experience

Hold an in-date Class 1, clean driving license
Minimum of 5 years HGV driving experience
Full CPC qualification
Valid tachograph card
Employed directly by employer (no agency)

Skills / abilities

Reliable and punctual
Ability to work safely and adhering to site rules and procedures
