Global M is proud to be consulting on behalf of a really cool tech start-up based in Barcelona which is looking to hire an Office Manager to form part of their team.
This position is more than just an office management role, you will be a key member of the team getting involved in all organizational aspects that carry out daily business whilst being a key figure in some of the main HR functions and processes.
- Handling, controlling and optimization of all office administration functions and tasks
- Ownership of processes within HR (incl. onboarding, offboarding, recruitment administration, organizing team events)
- Payroll administration
- Planning and scheduling of appointments
- Interface between Accounting, partners and other departments
- Assistance to management in administrative and organizational issues
What we need from you?
- 2-4 years of experience as an Office Manager
- Proactive and energetic
- Very good organisation skills using MS-Office Skills, and Excel
- Exposure to a fast paced startup environment (and ideally Gaming)
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks to deadlines
- Team player, flexible and open-minded
- Detail oriented, self-organized and reliable
