Global M is proud to be consulting on behalf of a really cool tech start-up based in Barcelona which is looking to hire an Office Manager to form part of their team.


This position is more than just an office management role, you will be a key member of the team getting involved in all organizational aspects that carry out daily business whilst being a key figure in some of the main HR functions and processes.


  • Handling, controlling and optimization of all office administration functions and tasks
  • Ownership of processes within HR (incl. onboarding, offboarding, recruitment administration, organizing team events)
  • Payroll administration
  • Planning and scheduling of appointments
  • Interface between Accounting, partners and other departments
  • Assistance to management in administrative and organizational issues


What we need from you?


  • 2-4 years of experience as an Office Manager
  • Proactive and energetic
  • Very good organisation skills using MS-Office Skills, and Excel
  • Exposure to a fast paced startup environment (and ideally Gaming)
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks to deadlines
  • Team player, flexible and open-minded
  • Detail oriented, self-organized and reliable
