We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Office Manager to join our growing Operations team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our new office space in the heart of Covent Garden.
As we settle into this exciting new location, this role will be central to maintaining a well-run, welcoming, and productive working environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks-from managing suppliers and coordinating facilities to supporting the employee experience and overseeing the general upkeep of the space. Your attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of the team will be critical to your success.
In addition to office management, you will play an active role in supporting company culture by coordinating team socials, assisting with onboarding new hires, and ensuring the office reflects our values.

Responsibilities Include:
Office Operations & Facilities:
- Ensure the London office is run like a well-oiled machine-tidy, stocked, functional, and always welcoming
- Manage supplier relationships, including cleaners, maintenance providers, utilities, and catering vendors
- Lead on Health & Safety and Fire Safety protocols, including maintaining documentation and managing regular checks
- Maintain and manage office supplies, snacks, and equipment-anticipating team needs and proactively restocking
- Be the go-to person for all things facilities: from fixing the WiFi to coordinating with building management
- Plan and coordinate regular team socials, all-hands meetings throughout the year
- Partner with the Head of People to onboard new hires -setting up desks, equipment, and providing welcome packs
- Lead IT equipment retrieval during offboarding, directly coordinating with departing employees
- 2+ years' experience in an Office Manager, Facilities Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role
- Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport across teams
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and wearing different hats each day
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
